Bid rules
Only an approved bidder can place a bid. Review the displayed amount, lot details, buyer rules, and confirmation carefully before submitting. Contact the auction team before bidding if you need clarification about submission, changes or cancellation, closing, or results.
Closing and results
When a lot closes, review the auction result, purchase details, and next steps in your account. Order details, documents, and instructions appear when applicable. If verification requires a new review, complete it before placing another bid.
After closing
The buyer should review the order, bill of sale, invoice, payment instructions, destination details, and any written lot-specific warranty. Delivery tracking and documents appear in the buyer’s account as they become available.
