1. Create and verify your account
Register with your contact details, then complete Account Verification with your legal name, billing or contact address and the required driver’s license photographs. Only an approved bidder can place a bid or submit a Buy Now request. Your verification page shows the review status and any information you need to update.
2. Find an item and review the listing
Browse heavy equipment, RVs, boats and vintage cars. Compare the photographs, specifications, condition, operating hours or mileage, and the available sale options. Check the auction closing time and current bid. Read the buyer rules and ask us about any important detail before proceeding.
3. Bid or request Buy Now
When bidding is open, enter your amount on the item page and select Bid now. You can follow your activity in My Bids. If a Buy Now price is displayed, use Buy Now to submit a purchase request at that price. The request remains under review until it is approved; submission alone does not confirm a purchase.
4. Review the result and purchase details
Follow the auction result in your account. If your Buy Now request is approved, your purchase is confirmed immediately and appears with your winning purchases. Review the purchase price and next steps in Purchases & Documents, and contact us if you need help.
5. Complete payment and plan delivery
Review the bill of sale, invoice and payment instructions for your purchase. Our team will discuss collection or delivery, including the destination, equipment dimensions and unloading access. You can use the delivery calculator on an item page for a driving-route estimate and request a quote for your specific transport requirements.
6. Receive your item with confidence
Purchases are inspected before dispatch. We arrange delivery across the USA, Canada and Mexico, and will help you prepare for arrival.
