What you should know
How we can help
Contact the team before bidding when you need clarification about a listing, condition detail, specification, inspection record, or auction schedule. After closing, include your order number when asking about sale documents, payment coordination, collection, or delivery.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or identity documents through ordinary email. Use the secure account verification workflow for license images and follow payment instructions supplied through an authorized auction contact.
